This study aims to investigate the impact of the Tabata method on the efficiency of Al Duhail's athletes in terms of both aerobic capacity and muscular endurance. Specifically, this research will compare the performance of four groups of athletes who underwent different levels of Tabata training over a period of six weeks.
Methodology
To conduct this study, we recruited 18 male athletes aged 19-45 years who were randomly assigned to three groups: Group A (20-minute HIIT followed by rest), Group B (30-minute HIIT followed by 20 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise, including walking or cycling), and Group C (60-minute HIIT with no rest). All athletes completed a standardized fitness assessment at the end of each session.
Results
